Bilingual Marketing Group provides specialized translation services to the real estate industry. To successfully develop each project, we carefully follow the steps below:
Document Receipt
The Project Manager (PM) receives the documents and determines:
a) Type of service: Translation, localization or creative writing services
b) Document extent: Word count
c) Complementary content: Charts, graphics, images, etc.
Estimating
At this stage, the PM prepares a proposal based on the type of service, word count, text complexity, translation field and special requirements. Then the PM sets a timeline for document return.
Confirm Receipt
The PM sends a proposal and timeline. The client accepts the proposal.
Translation Process
The PM assigns tasks to the most appropriate translators for that particular document.
a) First reading of the original text: Designated translator reviews the text to have a general idea about its content and purpose.
b) Translation: The text is translated from the source language (SL) into the target language (TL). The translator combines translating procedures such as linguistic transferring, compared philology and literal translation.
c) First proofreading: The translator proofreads the document.
d) Final Proofreading: A second translator proofreads the final document.

PM Final Review
PM checks if the final document fulfils client's requirements.
Document Return
PM files a copy of the final document and sends it to the client on or before the due date.
Client confirms receipt.
